With the conclusion of June’s TFAS National Championship, Den Mulia Yusni maintains his pole position at the top of the latest SG Rankings!!  Congratulations Den Mulia!!

Ouabi Rouis and Rudy Hesty Roselan also remain as the Number 2 and Number 3 respectively.  In fact, for the first time since its inception in January 2014, the Top 10 players in the SGR (Open) held on to their respective spots with no changes to their respective rankings …

Latest Release of TFAS Singapore (SG) Ranking (as at 3 April 2015)

After the first 3 months of local competitions, Den Mulia Yusni rose to the top of the latest SG Rankings!!  He took full advantage of Ouabi Rouis’ absence in the March TFAS Cup to emerge victorious (despite conceding his 1st game to a walkover); and displaced Ouabi as the Number 1 ranked player in Singapore!!  Congratulations Den Mulia!!

At Number 3 is Rudy Hesty Roselan, who nudged Bernard Lim out of the top 3 ranking after winning the Tchaaa4 Cup WASPA and finishing Runners-Up TFAS Cup!!

Giovanni Choong remains as the Number 1 ranked Junior player in Singapore with yet another victory at the March TFAS Cup!!  Congratulations Giovanni!!  Isaac Lim and Luke Lim also maintained their Number 2 and Number 3 rankings respectively with a Fourth and Third place finish respectively in the TFAS Cup.  Again, there is no change in the top 3 rankings from the previous release; and these 3 youngsters continue to consolidate themselves as the top 3 Junior players in Singapore.  Well done boys!!

Latest Release of TFAS Singapore (SG) Ranking (as at 1 January 2015)

We start the New Year 2015 with the official release of the latest TFAS SG Ranking as at 1 January 2015!!

Who have been the most consistent player in Singapore in terms of performance and participation in the year 2014? …

Ouabi Rouis continues his domination in the Singapore Table Football circuit with consistent and winning displays in both the League and the Merlion Cup in the final months of 2014 as he took the League title by storm and successfully defended his Merlion Cup title.  He retains top spot as the current Number 1 ranked player in Singapore!!  Congratulations Ouabi!!

At Number 2 is Den Mulia Yusni, who moves up 2 rankings with victory in the Orchid WASPA and a Runners-Up finish in the Merlion Cup to displace both Bernard Lim and Michael Choong (both joint Number 2 previously).  Bernard did well to still feature in the top 3 despite the absence of League games (as he has already completed his League season).  He takes the Number 3 spot with commendable displays in both the Orchid WASPA and the Merlion Cup.

Giovanni Choong continues to remain as the Number 1 Junior player in Singapore with commanding performances in the League.  Congratulations Giovanni!!  Isaac Lim and Luke Lim also consolidated their Number 2 and Number 3 rankings respectively.  There is no change in the top 3 rankings from the previous release; and these youngsters have certainly established themselves as the top 3 Junior players in Singapore in 2014.  Well done boys!!

Latest Release of TFAS Singapore (SG) Ranking (as at 6 October 2014)

The latest TFAS SG Ranking as at 6 October 2014 is now officially released!!  It includes a one-time adjustment for the award of ranking points for Mini-Tournaments as catered for in the v2.0 revision of the TFAS SG Ranking System.  Another one-time adjustment was also made due to player withdrawals in the SGTF Premier League.

The current Number 1 top-ranked player in Singapore is our French friend, Ouabi Rouis!!  His great form in winning 3 consecutive Mini-Tournaments made a telling contribution to his surge up the SG Rankings as he takes over from Den Mulia.  Congratulations Ouabi Rouis!!  Tied at Number 2 are Bernard Lim (our Singapore rep at the recent Rochefort World Cup) and Michael Choong (1 of our top player in Singapore) as they moved up 3 and 2 rankings respectively.

Over in the Junior rankings, Giovanni Choong continues to remain as the Number 1 Junior player in Singapore.  Congratulations Giovanni!!  Both Isaac Lim and Luke Lim (Singapore’s first and only U12 players to ever compete in a FISTF World Cup) also consolidated their Number 2 and Number 3 rankings respectively.  This trio of up-and-coming youngsters have certainly made their mark in the first 9 months of 2014 and established themselves as the top 3 Junior players in Singapore.  Well done boys!!

Latest Release of TFAS Singapore (SG) Ranking (as at 11 July 2014)

The latest TFAS SG Ranking as at 11 July 2014 is now officially released!!

The current Number 1 top-ranked player in Singapore is Den Mulia Yusni!!  Fresh from his successful defence of his National Champion title in the last weekend of June, Den Mulia takes over the top spot from the previous Number 1 player, Kok Wee Tan.  Congratulations Den Mulia!!  Kok Wee follows behind in 2nd spot while Ouabi Rouis is at Number 3, just 1 ranking point behind.

Congratulations to Giovanni Choong too!! … for retaining his spot as the Number 1 top-ranked Junior player in Singapore!!

Giovanni won the Junior National Champion title in the last weekend of June to consolidate his Number 1 spot.  At Number 2 is Isaac Lim who climbed up 3 places after an impressive showing in the same tournament where he finished runners-up to Giovanni.  Next up are 4 players tied at joint Number 3 and they are: Asyraf Rizal, Bhavin Sham, Chihiro Takao and Luke Lim.  Among them, Luke made the most improvement by climbing up 8 places from his previous ranking.  Well done Luke!!

First Release of TFAS Singapore (SG) Ranking (as at 1 April 2014)

As per annoucement dated 27 Dec 2013, the very first SG Ranking is now officially released as at 1 Apr 2014.

The current Number 1 top-ranked player in Singapore is none other than our President himself, Kok Wee Tan!!  Rewarded for his regular participation & consistent performance in both TFAS-approved League & Tournaments, this is a classic case of leadership by example! … Congratulations Kok Wee!!

Following closely behind at Number 2 is Ouabi Rouis separated by the thinnest of margin of only a mere single ranking point.  At Number 3 is Rudy Norita, a further 4 ranking points behind.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Implementation of the TFAS Singapore Ranking System

Table Football Association of Singapore (TFAS) is pleased to announce the implementation of the Singapore (SG) Ranking System. Starting calendar year 2014, all players participating in TFAS-approved tournaments shall be awarded SG Ranking points. The TFAS-approved tournaments each year are as follows:

  • Table Football Association of Singapore (TFAS) Cup [in March]
  • National Championships [in June]
  • Merlion Cup [in December]
  • Singapore Table Football Premier/Junior League (SGTFPL / SGTFJL) [January to December]
